<li>Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure, including integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources for advanced analytics.</li>
<li>Evaluate and select external analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to support advanced analytics capabilities.</li>
<li>Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their data needs and drive scalable data-driven solutions. </li>
<li>Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members. </li>
<li>Document analytics processes and establish clear practices for analytics tools to ensure long-term team scalability and easy onboarding.</li>

<li>Proficiency in Python and SQL, combined with a solid understanding of big data technologies.</li>
<li>Strong coding skills and the ability to write maintainable, performant code.</li>
<li>Proven expertise with ETL processes, data integration, and building reliable data pipelines.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments, ideally AWS.</li>
<li>Experience developing interactive dashboards and data insights using Business Intelligence tools (such as Looker or Tableau).</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of data analytics concepts, techniques, and methodologies.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data issues.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish, manage timelines effectively, and deliver high-quality work.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship.</li>
<li>Experience with project management, including managing timelines, resources, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines</li>
