<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>This BO-oriented Senior Operations Support Agent is a hands-on, physical, fleet-focused role responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Vehicle cleaning &amp; preparation</li>
<li>Detail verification</li>
<li>Stock &amp; consumables management</li>
<li>Minor repairs support</li>
<li>Depot organisation &amp; logistics assistance</li>
</ul>
<p>This role is essential to maintain fleet readiness and ensure smooth depot operations.</p>
<p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>On-Demand Operational Support:</strong> Help with vehicle prep, cleaning, and quick fixes to avoid delays.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Fleet Preparation and Cleaning: </strong>Clean vehicles, equip campervans, and check for damages after returns.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Stock and Consumables Management: </strong>Track and organise cleaning supplies, consumables, and extras.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Logistics and Depot Organisation: </strong>Move campervans, assist with suppliers, and keep the depot clean and safe.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Operational and Coordination Support: </strong>Prepare vehicles for pick-ups, help with minor repairs, and report issues.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have: </strong>Experience in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations preferred.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have: </strong>Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, high-paced work.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have:</strong> Strong attention to detail and reliability standards.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have:</strong> Team player with strong communication skills.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have: </strong>Driving License (Category B) required.</li>
<li data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>Must have:</strong> English and, <strong>Nice to have:</strong> local language proficiency (if applicable)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Comfortable working on their feet for most of the day, moving between cleaning bays, parking areas, and depot work zones.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Able to lift or carry equipment, cleaning materials, or accessories (up to 15–20 kg).</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Able to clean, stage, and inspect vehicles, including tasks requiring bending, kneeling, or overhead reach.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season periods, adapting to volume changes and operational urgencies.</li>
