Rabobank is building the next generation of AI\-driven banking and we’re looking for exceptional engineers to help lead that transformation.
You’ll join a small, high\-impact team focused on building production\-grade Agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. Think autonomous AI workflows, LLM orchestration, scalable AI platforms, and real\-world deployment used by millions of customers.
We’re looking for builders with strong engineering fundamentals who can turn cutting\-edge AI concepts into secure, scalable solutions. What you’ll do
- Build and scale GenAI \& Agentic AI solutions
- Develop Python microservices and AI workflows
- Work with Azure OpenAI, AKS, Terraform \& CI/CD
- Design reusable AI building blocks for enterprise teams
- Collaborate across engineering, product and business
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering background
- Hands\-on experience with AI/LLM systems
- Experience with cloud\-native development
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and execution\-driven mindset
- Ability to move from PoC to production
