Accountabilities

  • Review, assess, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with established accounting standards.

  • Evaluate audit procedures and identify process gaps, best practices, risks, and relevant regulatory considerations across different business scenarios.

  • Build, review, and assess financial models, validating their logic, structure, accuracy, assumptions, and usefulness for decision-making.

  • Analyze tax compliance practices and supporting documentation, identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.

  • Review financial and legal documents and provide detailed feedback on clarity, accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.

  • Deliver clear, constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, communicating findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support the creation, review, and evaluation of datasets used for AI training and model improvement.

  • Apply previous experience with data labeling, annotation, human feedback, or model evaluation to help assess the quality and reliability of AI-related outputs.

  • Work independently across project engagements while maintaining strong attention to detail, consistency, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to complex financial scenarios and business environments.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and financial or legal document review.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify issues and risks, and provide practical, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior experience with human data projects, including data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or AI model evaluation, is highly valued.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality.

  • Ability to work independently and manage project-based assignments while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with an interest in applying accounting expertise within innovative and technology-driven environments.
