Senior Account Manager
Freestyle TS is a growing MSP with an exciting future, delivering the best customer service experience to our SME and mid\-market clients. As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager, with a track record of maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and delivering a strong number within the MSP arena.
The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, building relationships within active accounts and identifying opportunities to increase wallet share within your customer base. You will also work closely with the Sales Director on the development of our portfolio and new business opportunities this will create.
To be considered for this role, we expect you to have several years’ experience in the following:
· Working within forward thinking MSP’s
· Comfortable working with Senior stakeholders within your client base
· Open minded lateral thinker, looking for opportunities to enhance the IT operation within your customer base.
· Confident and articulate, with the ability to quickly earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders
· Strong experience within the Microsoft cloud estate
· Strong experience with MSP support services
· Knowledge of navigating the Cyber Security challenges regularly faced by SMEs
· Demonstrable ability in promoting monthly and annual contracted services
· Demonstrable ability in selling strategic IT solutions and complex IT projects
· Knowledge of HPe and/or Dell infrastructure portfolios
· Knowledge of IP and connectivity products and services
The role will evolve with your aspirations. However, we anticipate it to be 70\-80% account management with the remaining time taken up with new business development.
