About the role
As a Senior Team Co\-Ordinator you will maintain oversight of upcoming house team and children’s events to ensure effective planning and deployment of staff resources. You will co\-ordinate and allocate team members to provide high standards of care, education, and wellbeing, ensuring appropriate supervision, support, and staff breaks.
You will monitor attendance, address concerns through supervision, and provide regular line management, appraisals, and development opportunities to promote a positive team culture. You will support staff wellbeing by recognising and responding to stress, organise and attend meetings and handovers, communicate organisational and curriculum updates, and assist the Children’s Services Manager in meeting the house’s regulatory responsibilities.
What is essential for the role?
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and strong experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, communication difficulties and positive behaviour supports
- Qualified to an equivalent of a NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
- NVQ Level 2 Team Leading or willingness to complete within 12 months
- Experience in managing and motivating teams
- Passionate about providing quality care and education for the children, have patience and understanding and will ensure they always promote the safeguarding and welfare for the children.
Full time: 162\.5 hours per month, you will be working a flexible rota between the hours of 7:30am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

£30,810 \- £34,164
Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience within similar settings.
All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK and have 12\-18 months or more on their Visa.
