Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Specialist Support)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term / Permanent opportunities
Salary: £85–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role A supportive school in Brent is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND

  • Assist with implementing EHCP targets and strategies

  • Support classroom engagement and emotional wellbeing

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

  • Assist with behaviour management and structured interventions

Requirements • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient nature

  • Strong communication skills

  • Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
