SEN / SEND Tutor –ST17

£23–£28 per hour \| Flexible Part\-Time Hours \| In\-Person Tuition

Calm teaching. Meaningful relationships. Real impact.

At Koji Academy, we support children and young people who need education delivered differently.

We provide specialist 1:1 tuition for learners with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, anxiety, MLD, SLD, school avoidance, and other barriers to education — helping them rebuild confidence, emotional safety, and meaningful progress through calm, relationship\-based learning.

This role offers the opportunity to do the kind of teaching many educators entered the profession for: focused 1:1 support, genuine connection, and the ability to truly adapt learning around the child in front of you.

Without the pressures of a busy classroom, you can focus on building trust, creating calm learning experiences, and helping vulnerable learners re\-engage with education over time.

If you are looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and the chance to make a lasting difference to young people who need support the most, we would love to hear from you.
