We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join supportive and welcoming SEN schools across the local area.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and reach their full potential within the classroom and wider school environment.
We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working within a school setting, SEN environment, or with children and young people
A patient, caring, and resilient approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional learning needs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience Supporting the Following Is Beneficial:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs)
- Speech & Language Difficulties
- Learning Difficulties
- Challenging Behaviour
