Title and Summary

Segment Integration \& Insights Manager
The selected candidate will be part of the team driving cross\-functional strategic initiatives across the four core CNPF business lines (Small Business, Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, Vertical Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Support strategic planning and monitoring for the business unit


• Oversee performance through regular operational reviews and dashboards


• Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off\-track initiatives.

Operations \& Execution

• Work on cross\-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.


• Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.

Communication \& Alignment

• Promote best practices and enable knowledge sharing across teams.


• Ensure clear, efficient information flow and decision\-making processes.


• Drive alignment through consistent leadership messaging and strategic communications.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Experience

• Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with strong financial acumen.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Core Skills

• Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.


• Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.
