SECTOR DIRECTOR – FACILITIES & ESTATES

PJD Construction London Ltd is a national maintenance and facilities contractor with more than 12 years’ experience supporting major UK retailers.

We are seeking a senior client side facilities or estates professional to lead the acquisition and development of new national accounts.

The successful candidate must currently work, or have recently worked, within a major supermarket group, housing association or comparable multi\-site organisation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Responsibility for annual facilities, estates or maintenance budgets exceeding £5 million


• Direct involvement in procuring, appointing and managing maintenance contractors


• A detailed understanding of supplier onboarding, frameworks and tender processes


• Established relationships with senior facilities, property and procurement decision\-makers


• A credible and direct route to at least one substantial new contract opportunity


• Experience managing contractor performance across multiple locations

THE ROLE

• Identify and develop new regional and national maintenance contracts


• Secure introductions to relevant facilities, property and procurement teams


• Position PJD for supplier approval, pilot programmes, frameworks and tenders


• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award and mobilisation


• Advise PJD on client requirements, pricing, compliance and service delivery


• Build and manage PJD’s presence within your specialist sector

PACKAGE

• Basic salary of £100,000\+ depending on experience and track record


• Uncapped performance\-related commission


• Total earning potential of £150,000–£300,000\+


• Company vehicle or allowance, pension, laptop and mobile


• Direct involvement in the development of a new national division
