Cover Supervisors help maintain a positive learning environment. You will support schools by covering teacher absences and promoting school values while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- The ability to manage a classroom and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Someone adaptable and able to work with children in Key Stage 3-4.
- Knowledge of SEN is highly desirable and a focus on pastoral care.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within schools preferred but not essential.
- Someone who is genuine, patient and caring about helping young people succeed.
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
