Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) | Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks & Paddock Wood

A well-established Kent law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with up to 2 years' PQE to develop their career within a supportive and reputable practice.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, inheritance disputes, possession proceedings and contractual disputes. Previous experience in property litigation or landlord and tenant matters would be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• NQ to 2 years' PQE in Litigation or Dispute Resolution


• Strong communication and client care skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities


• Experience using legal case management systems


• Enthusiastic about business development and career progression
