Seasonal Team Leader - Mulberry Tree Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Leader to join our Mulberry Tree Restaurant team during our busy seasonal period.

This is a full time role, we are looking for someone who can start now, the contract will run until the end of December.

You will support the Catering Manager with the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant, helping to lead the team, maintain excellent customer service and ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and motivating the restaurant team during busy service periods


• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times


• Managing team breaks, timekeeping and daily priorities


• Ensuring opening, closing and daily checklists are completed


• Supporting with till transactions, refunds and till training


• Handling customer queries and complaints


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation


• Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety procedures are followed


• Supporting the training and development of seasonal team members


• Working closely with the Catering Manager to identify and resolve any operational issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous front\-of\-house experience within a restaurant, café or hospitality environment


• Ideally has previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience


• Is confident leading and supporting a team


• Has a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety


• Is organised, approachable and able to remain calm in a busy environment


• Has a positive, flexible and hands\-on approach


• Is passionate about providing excellent customer service

Job Types: Full\-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to £12\.75 per hour
