Search Manager (SEO & AI Search)
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Search Manager to join the Pixelbuilders team.

Day\-to\-day, that means:
- Leading and implementing technical SEO, content optimisation and AI search recommendations
- Conducting audits, search research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Identifying how audiences search, evaluate and make decisions online, then translating those insights into content and optimisation opportunities.
- Sharing search insights and best practice across the wider team, helping ensure search thinking influences strategy, content, design and development decisions.
- Monitoring performance and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting website builds with SEO input from discovery through to launch
- Understanding client objectives and ensuring search activity contributes to meaningful outcomes, whether that's leads, enquiries, sales or visibility amongst key audiences.
