School Transport Dispatcher

Duties
- Coordinate daily school bus routes using transportation management systems to optimize efficiency and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with drivers, school personnel, parents via phone and email to relay route updates and address issues promptly
- Monitor real\-time transport operations through the Cordic software system to ensure adherence to schedules and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate data entry of route information and incident reports with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper documentation in the Cordic management system.
- Experience with the Cordic software system would be an advantage
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette, and the ability to converse, clearly, in English is of paramount importance
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and maintaining detailed records accurately
- Prior experience in logistics, or school transportation is preferred but not required
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
