We are currently recruiting for two separate positions across two residential homes:
CR0 – Male Residential Support Worker
- Day Shift with Sleep\-In: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm, followed by a sleep\-in, finishing at 8:30 am the following morning.
- Worked on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Waking Night Shift: 8:30 pm – 8:00 am.
- Worked on a rota basis, including weekends.

We specialise in caring for children aged 6 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, providing a structured and compassionate environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.
The Role
We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting children and young people within our residential homes. Successful applicants will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high\-quality care, promote positive outcomes, and maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide day\-to\-day care, supervision, and emotional support to children and young people.
● Build positive, trusting relationships that promote stability and positive outcomes.
● Support young people with daily routines, education, appointments, and recreational activities.
● Promote independence, life skills, and emotional wellbeing.
● Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and handovers.
● Follow safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
● Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to meet the individual needs of young people.
● Support children with emotional and behavioural needs using therapeutic and trauma\-informed approaches.
Requirements
● Minimum of 2 year's experience working in a residential childcare setting (within the last 5 years)
● Experience working with children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) or challenging behaviour is desirable.
● A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
● Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Flexibility to work a rota that includes full day shift or waking night, and weekends.
● Male RSW (Full Day Shift): Full UK driving licence required.
● Female RSW (Waking Night): Full UK driving licence preferred.
● Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
