School Success Manager (Customer Success & Delivery) - Maternity Cover
This is a 5 month maternity cover contract from August 1st to December 1st, 2026\.
Lanterna is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but we are open to any European location with onboarding in Stockholm in August. About the role
Lanterna’s Schools team solves the teacher crisis for a global network of schools, providing short and long\-term online teaching coverage. Although Lanterna has been around for almost 20 years, providing unrivalled tutoring and prep courses for students, the B2B arm of our business is still nascent but growing extremely fast. In our first two full years of operations, we have grown rapidly, now serving over 200 IB schools around the world.
You will be part of a team of 3 managing the entire operations and delivery lifecycle for the schools we support. This includes recruitment and onboarding, community management, lesson quality assurance, and communication with all stakeholders (teachers, school leaders, IB professionals), and more.
You will take clear ownership of delivery and customer experience, ensuring that every school we work with feels fully supported and has a seamless experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for your own cohort of schools, where day to day responsibilites include teacher\-to\-school matching, school onboarding and communication, ongoing quality control and high\-empathy customer success with both our amazing talent pool of teachers, and the schools that we serve. About you
You have 1–5 years of experience, ideally in customer success, operations, delivery, or a role connected to education.
You are early in your career but already comfortable taking ownership and working hands\-on in a fast\-paced environment.
A recent university graduate or junior teacher with an IB background – ideally Stockholm\-based to start with, so you can spend time with the team at our HQ.
Boundless and infectious enthusiasm for international education.
A ‘can do’ attitude.
An extremely strong bias to action – you love to get things done and see immediate impact.
Extremely tech\-savvy, with CRM experience a bonus.
Inspire trust in customers and partners through tonality and dialogue.
A team player who celebrates overall success more than their own. We think you'll thrive in this role if you
Are passionate about delivering an excellent experience to every school and teacher you work with, and take pride in high\-quality delivery.
Want every school to love their experience with us. You are obsessed with quality and foster relationships through community management of our teachers as well as building trusting relationships with the schools we serve.
Enjoy taking ownership of delivery and making things run smoothly, even when things get complex or fast\-moving. Skills
Organisational skills: You’ll be the engine room and the human face of our business unit \- solving problems, calming chaos, and making schools feel fully supported.
Calm under pressure: Any given day can throw up lots of exciting challenges, and as we work across global time\-zones, we need to be prepared to deal with last minute challenges.
Communication: You will deal with stakeholders at all levels, across multiple countries. Positive, calm, engaging communications will help our teaching community, and the schools we support, love what we do. Our Culture
