Do you spend your free time hanging from a harness on a mountainside, paddling a kayak, or exploring the backcountry? We’re looking for a passionate Outsider by Nature who dreams of working for an outdoor brand with international reach and ambitions.
As a Social Media Intern at Haglöfs, you’ll gain hands\-on experience across several areas of marketing, with a primary focus on social media. You’ll support content planning and creation for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, engage with our community, and contribute to influencer and PR activities. You’ll also gain valuable insight into cross\-functional marketing projects and collaborate with colleagues and external partners across markets.
Please note: This internship is based at our HQ in Alvik, Stockholm. Due to our office policy, remote work is not possible. We are therefore looking for someone who already resides in Sweden or can arrange accommodation in Stockholm during the internship period.
Skills \& Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support social media content planning and creation
Assist with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content calendars
Engage with our community and support community management activities
Source and secure rights for user\-generated content (UGC)
Assist in creating monthly social media performance reports
Help maintain the social media content calendar in line with marketing objectives
Identify trends, opportunities, and content ideas
Contribute TikTok\-first concepts and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
Research and identify potential content creators and influencers
Support creator gifting initiatives and product send\-outs
Create and update marketing presentations
Assist with global marketing initiatives and cross\-functional projects
Support market research and creative projects
Assist during photo and content shoots
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Passionate about social media and digital trends
Experience creating content (writing, photography, video, graphic design) is a plus
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
A driving licence is a plus

Location: Haglöfs HQ, Stockholm
Duration: 3–6 months
Start Date: August or September 2026 (flexible depending on your internship period)
Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in a program that includes an internship period or a similar arrangement.

Our headquarters are currently based in Alvik, Stockholm, and during 2026 we’ll move to our new inspiring office in the vibrant Slakthusområdet district.
