School Improvement Project Support Officer

An exciting opportunity exists within the North\-Western Victoria Region as the School Improvement Program Support Officer within the Regional Operations team.

About this role:

This position supports the Senior Manager, Regional Operations and Early Childhood Quality, Participation and Access Manager in North\-West Victoria Region with responsibilities including:

• Assisting with Diary Management.


• Procurement of venues and travel for regional events


• Secretariat functions


• Being part of the dynamic Regional Operations administration team


• supporting Early Childhood and Koorie Education Workforce.

While no specific qualification is required, to be effective in the role you need to:

• have demonstrated administrative skills or experience supporting an operational team


• be an empathetic and effective communicator


• have strong written communication skills


• have strong IT skills.

You'll be supported by positive and supportive team and gain exposure to a broad range of work.
