Duties
- Manage the full cycle of human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to maintain accurate personnel records and streamline HR processes.
- Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient hiring workflows and candidate management.
- Supervise HR team members and provide guidance on HR policies, compliance issues, and best practices.
- Conduct data analysis to identify staffing trends, evaluate HR metrics, and support strategic decision\-making.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on HR initiatives, policy updates, or training programs for staff and management.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while fostering a transparent communication environment across the school community.
- Proven management experience with a strong background in human resources within an educational or organizational setting.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey policies, procedures, and expectations to diverse audiences.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and support strategic planning.
- Familiarity with ATS systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of employment laws relevant to educational institutions or similar organizations is preferred.
Pay: From £150\.00 per day
