Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with a reconisable retail brand seeking expert financial leadership on a flexible basis. As a Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management, and fostering organizational growth. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organisational goals to promote growth and stability
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Lead financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide expert guidance on financial services such as investments, risk management, and funding options
- Collaborate with executive teams to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and compliance
- Foster strong organisational skills within finance teams or client organizations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Demonstrated leadership in a retail context, where stores, warehouse and product costs and central to financial management.
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead cross\-functional teams or work independently in a consulting capacity
- Deep expertise in financial management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong background in financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance standards
- Extensive knowledge of financial services such as investment strategies, risk mitigation, and funding solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: Up to £90,000\.00 per year
