We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and dedicated professional to join our team from September 2026 and help us in giving our children the best education available. The successful candidate will support the school in meeting its primary function of raising standards and improving outcomes for children through the provision of strategic vision and leadership in all aspects of financial management, resource \& administration management, GDPR, HR, and communication with stakeholders.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSEs A\*\-C (or equivalent) including English \& Maths
- Qualification in School Business Management (CSBM), an equivalent qualification or the willingness to complete
- HR Qualifications, such as CIPD
- Demonstrable experience in finance and personnel management
- Experience of working in a school environment in an administrative role Experience of financial management.
- Ability to plan, monitor and manage any delegated budget; high skills of numeracy and accuracy
- Able to prepare and present financial data and evaluate, clarify and explain
- Successful management of a small team
