Project Management & Town Planning Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for property and the built environment to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the development process, working alongside chartered consultants and gaining exposure to everything from town planning and building regulations to project delivery and client management.

The primary focus of the role will be assisting with the project management of planning applications and helping clients navigate the development process from concept to construction. As your experience grows, the role will evolve, providing opportunities to develop new skills and take on greater responsibilities across the business.

What we're looking for:

A genuine interest in property, planning, development, and the built environment.

A degree in a related field would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Self\-motivation and a willingness to continually learn and develop new skills.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to manage differing viewpoints and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

The development sector involves working with diverse project teams, consultants, local authorities, and clients, so confidence in communication and relationship\-building is essential.

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
