Summary
This is a key, standalone role within the school office. The successful candidate will be the sole administrative lead, taking full responsibility for the day\-to\-day running of the office alongside oversight of HR administration, premises coordination, and school finance processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school while contributing to a caring, supportive and aspirational environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable)
- Ability to independently manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent in IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office and MIS systems)
- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities
- Experience in school administration, HR or finance
- Knowledge of education systems and processes
