Job Overview
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising production schedules, ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated to meet operational demands. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and resource availability.


• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of production plans with supply chain capabilities.


• Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address scheduling conflicts and changes in demand.


• Conduct regular reviews of the scheduling process to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.


• Prepare reports on scheduling activities, highlighting key performance indicators for management review.

• Proven experience in a planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling tasks.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
