THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Scenic Production Manager to oversee projects from initial enquiry through to installation and project completion.
This is a true end-to-end role where the Scenic Production Manager will take ownership of all aspects of project delivery, acting as the link between clients, designers, workshop teams, suppliers and installation crews throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing scenic construction and fabrication projects from brief through to completion
- Conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Preparing quotations, budgets and project costings
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors
- Producing project schedules, load lists and material requirements
- Creating RAMS and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Briefing workshop and construction teams on project requirements
- Monitoring build progress and resolving production challenges
- Managing project budgets and commercial performance
- Overseeing installation, live delivery and de-rig activities
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
To be considered for this role, candidates must have proven experience managing scenic construction, fabrication, experiential or live event production projects from concept through to delivery.
You will be commercially aware, technically minded and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Experience preparing quotations, coordinating workshop teams, managing suppliers and overseeing installations is essential.
