Do you have experience as an SAP Project Manager and are looking for a new challenge? Then this opportunity is for you!

Position: SAP Project Manager

Location: Porto, Portugal \| Hybrid – 2 to 3 times per month in the office

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end\-to\-end master data migration projects covering product, packaging \& labeling, customer, supplier, finance, workshop, marketing master data.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with ERP migration objectives.

  • Lead cross\-functional teams including data migration experts, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT resources.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical leaders.

  • Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to master data migration, implementing mitigation plans proactively.

  • Facilitate communication and status reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and organizational policies throughout the migration lifecycle.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go\-live readiness for master data cutover.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data management processes and tools.

  • Manage vendor or third\-party partner relationships involved in data migration efforts.

Requirements


  • 5\+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations or data migration projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Proven track record managing material master, customer master, and supplier master data migration initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of ERP master data structures, ideally SAP (Material Management, Sales \& Distribution, Supplier Management)

  • Project management certification preferred

  • Experience with project management tools such as cplace, JIRA
