SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud) Consultant

ERP SAVVY is looking for experienced SAP CDC Consultants to join our growing team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and play a key role in implementing and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the CDC Console, including Identity Query Tool, User Management, Screensets, and UI Builder


• Manage Customer Identity and Site Groups, including APIs and Site Creation


• Design and maintain CDC Data Schema, including Custom Fields, Enterprise Preference Management, and Consent Handling


• Implement B2B CIAM features such as Organization Workspace Settings, Delegated User Admin, Approval Workflows, and Member Attributes


• Develop and manage Dataflows, Webhooks, and Extensions


• Configure and integrate Email Templates, Web SDK, Risk\-Based Authentication, and Two\-Factor Authentication


• Work with API Management and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance

Must\-Have Skills:

• 8\+ years of experience in SAP CDC or related identity management platforms


• Strong hands\-on experience with:

+ CDC Console Administration
+ Web SDK Configuration
+ Risk\-Based \& Two\-Factor Authentication
+ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Queries

• Fluent in English


• Ability to work independently and proactively in a client\-facing role

Nice\-to\-Have Skills:

• General knowledge of Adobe and SAP CRM


• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills


• Effective communication and collaboration abilities


• Detail\-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
