About the Opportunity

We are seeking someone who can take ownership of the salon's day\-to\-day operations, build a strong team, attract customers, and help develop the business into a successful and profitable brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Recruit, train, and supervise barbers, hairdressers, and salon staff.
- Develop marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage appointments, staff schedules, and salon performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and business growth opportunities.
- Help establish and expand the brand for future locations.
- Experience in salon, barber shop, or beauty business management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make business decisions.
- Experience in marketing, team building, and business development is highly desirable.
