The Role
As a Property Valuer / Lister, you'll play a key role in growing market share by generating new business, carrying out market appraisals and helping vendors achieve the best possible price for their property.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Providing expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies
- Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Generating new business through prospecting, referrals and networking
- Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression where required
- Working closely with negotiators to maximise opportunities
- Keeping up to date with local property market trends
- Supporting branch performance and contributing towards office success
- Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially driven and target focused
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Well presented, professional and highly organised
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Own vehicle or willingness to use a company car
- £23,000 Basic Salary
- Guaranteed earnings during your first three months
- Realistic £40,000 OTE
