This role offers a fast-paced environment, an exceptional support system, and a lucrative commission structure designed for high achievers.
- Base Salary: £23,000 (with guaranteed earnings provided for the first 3 months to assist with your transition).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): A highly realistic £40,000+ per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, allowing your income to reflect your results.
- Company Vehicle: Choose between a dedicated company car or a £2,500 annual car allowance.
- Work-Life Balance: A 5-day flexible weekly schedule, which features an excellent rotation allowing you to enjoy every third Saturday completely off.

- Providing expert marketing advice to clients to secure the premium sale price for their properties.
- Actively identifying new leads, generating business, and converting valuations into active listings.
- Collaborating closely with the branch team to match buyers with their ideal properties.
- Assisting with branch management duties, including leading motivational morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
