As a Sales Trainer, you will design and deliver impactful onboarding and skill development programs for both new hires and experienced team members to empower sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new sales team members, designing and delivering engaging training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and company best practices
- Assess training needs and create tailored learning plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and key metrics collaborating with the managers and qualities to align the business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products and services and stay current on industry trends and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content.
- Partner with cross\-functional teams to identify training needs and share best practices and innovate and adapt training strategies to align with evolving business priorities and market conditions
- + Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
+ Hands\-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.
+ Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors is a plus
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs accordingly
+ Stakeholder management experience
