Sales Support /Lead Generation
About the Role
This is a key frontline sales support role focused on improving the quality, speed and consistency of lead handling from initial enquiry through to qualified opportunity, quotation follow\-up and sales pipeline progression. The role has developed beyond traditional lead generation and now requires stronger ownership of CRM accuracy, customer communication, enquiry source tracking, quotation progression, sales administration, project information gathering and collaboration with business development, regional sales, estimating, marketing, installations, project engineers, service and finance.
Business Development Vision
· Operate as a data driven, process\-led function with clear, repeatable workflows that are scalable for future growth.
· Improve Invalifts lead quality, enquiry conversion, quote follow\-up and pipeline visibility through disciplined CRM use and clear communication.
· Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, with strong succession planning, shared knowledge and consistent coverage across all core sales support tasks.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Essential
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong telephone and written communication
Accurate data entry and CRM discipline
Ability to prioritise and manage follow\-up activity
Customer service mindset and sales support experience
Advantageous
Dynamics 365 CRM
Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
Barbour ABI, Glenigan and Key Analytica
Construction or lift industry experience
Understanding of quotations, tenders, drawings or estimating support
Business Central / Field Service exposure

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, organised, confident on the phone and comfortable working with CRM data, project information and multiple internal stakeholders. They will understand that strong sales support is not just administration: it is a key part of lead conversion, customer experience, pipeline control, quote progression and Group\-wide integration. The role requires someone who can combine energy and resilience with accuracy, professionalism and a practical desire to improve how Invalifts opportunities are identified, qualified, tracked and converted.
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
