Sales Support
· Responsible for processing and booking on all printed purchase orders to include all service types offered by the Company within 4 hours of receipt.
· Responsible for processing and booking on all plain stock orders in line with the current despatch guidelines.
· The ability to have a brief understanding of stock availability and different stock types, and to report any insufficient stock to warehouse for orders accepted on that stock type.
· Responsible for approving all orders within 4 hours of receipt.
· To ensure job bags/relevant number of visuals are printed and/or sent to production and all documentation relating to the order is saved in Mac Transfers in the relevant case folder
· To process and submit pro forma invoices, where required.
· To provide clear communication and work well within a team.
· Undertake General administrative duties to support the team and customers
· Provide accurate and timely information to the warehouse and production areas to optimise production capacity in order to fulfil production/sales requirements
· Notify Account Managers of any foreseen issues with the purchase orders or specifications.
· Maintain accurate records and data using the bespoke system.
· Report any database issues or concerns and make any suggestions to Project Development to streamline or improve working practices.
· Be proactive in putting forward suggestions and ideas that will improve the profitability of the company.
· Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by the Sales Manager and Directors of the business.
· Excellent time management.
· Ensure all tasks are followed through and that each day is conducted in an organised manner.
· Ensure all HR Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
Key Skills and Experience
· Educated to a good standard; minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills, in the English language (both verbal and written) and organisational skills
· Competent in IT skills including Microsoft Office package
· Flexible and adaptable in approach in order to meet business need
· Strong administrative and organisational skills.
· Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Detailed training on the process and procedures of this role will be provided.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
