Sales Support Administrator
BASED AT MGTS, COVENTRY
MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.
An opportunity is available to join MGTS as a Sales Support Administrator. The role requires an organised and dynamic administrator to work in our commercial sales department, the main function of the role is to talk to customers, establish their requirements, advise of the MGTS course offer, prepare proposals and enter bookings onto the MGTS course management system (Arlo).
The candidate will be an IT literate self\-starter who thrives in a in a fast paced, customer centric organisation with a focus on outstanding customer service.
This role is office based and the hours are negotiable to suit the right candidate.
The following skills and knowledge are essential:
- Customer service focussed.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
- Good IT skills with CRM experience desirable.
- Strong administration and communication skills.
- The ability to work quickly, accurately, using an organised approach and with excellent attention to detail.
- Self\-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- First rate interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, prioritise and multi\-task.
- To be responsible for course administration from booking to delivery.
- Ensuring financial procedures are followed.
- Ensuring appropriate resources are booked.
- Dealing with customer queries by telephone and email.
- Reception cover to meet and greet delegates, when required.
- Liaising with other members of staff at different levels.
- Other general administrative duties.
