Sales Support Administrator

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist organisation with their search for a Support Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied and important role, supporting the smooth management of customer service requests, maintenance, repairs and stock, while ensuring accurate records, excellent customer service and robust processes are maintained across the business.

DAY TO DAY

• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.


• Coordinating servicing, repairs and engineer visits.


• Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation.


• Managing loan and sample stock, ensuring full traceability.


• Monitoring temperature-controlled equipment and escalating any issues.


• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.


• Supporting compliance with company procedures and quality standards.


• Keeping maintenance contracts and service schedules up to date.

• Good IT skills and confidence working with databases and administrative systems.

• The ability to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues and external contacts.


• An understanding of the importance of accurate records and compliance would be advantageous.
