Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career? Lifeways is seeking a dedicated and motivated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our well-established Supported Living Service in Somerset.

Pay Rate: £14.95 ph

- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Support recruitment and staff development
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and external professionals
