Sales Support / Account Manager
Due to continued expansion, The DMS Digital Group is seeking a Sales Support / Account Manager to join our growing team supporting the UK education sector.
This is a varied and progressive role, combining sales support, internal account management, and client\-facing activity, working across our full portfolio of solutions including Print, AV, CCTV \& Security, IT Services, Digital Transformation and Managed Services.
Based between our sales office and Head Office, you will play a key role in supporting the wider sales team, helping to build quotes, manage customer requirements, and contribute to ongoing account development.

Head Office: Belmont House, Egerton
Sales Office (Primary Working Location): Office 1, Toughsheet Community Stadium (BWFC), Horwich, Bolton
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (No evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
The Role
- Supporting the sales team with quote building, proposals, and pricing
- Assisting in the management of existing customer accounts
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
- Handling inbound enquiries and supporting outbound activity
- Attending client meetings and occasional site visits
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Identifying opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Organised, detail\-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Interest in developing a career in sales and account management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Comfortable in office\-based and occasional client\-facing environments
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support, internal account management, or account management, ideally with exposure to quoting and customer account handling
