Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and curating content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


• Support the development and implementation of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.


• Help maintain positive public relations by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction.


• Support sales activities by identifying potential clients and assisting in outreach efforts.


• Monitor social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance for review.


• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for increasing online presence and customer engagement.

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, public relations, and social media management.


• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.


• Basic understanding of popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.


• Previous experience or coursework related to marketing or social media management is advantageous but not essential.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
