About the role

Are you organised, customer\-focused and confident in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales \& Service Administrator to join our Social Housing team and help deliver a reliable, high\-quality service for our customers, suppliers and colleagues.
This is a varied role where accuracy, communication and organisation are key. You’ll maintain up\-to\-date customer and supplier records, process important information, complete pre\-invoice checks and support amendments that keep our service moving efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping customer and supplier records accurate and up to date.
- Updating customer information directly and processing key service information.
- Completing pre\-invoice checks to support smooth and accurate billing.
- Supporting order amendments and resolving queries efficiently.
- Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Additional information:
- This is a full\-time role working 37\.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:55am and 5:25pm, with a one\-hour lunch break.
- After successfully completing your 3\-month probation, you may be required to cover a Saturday shift on a rota basis from 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime.
- Once you’ve completed probation, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
