First and foremost, you're someone who can run a business. You're driven, organised, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of your own success. Alongside that, you understand sales progression, because that's the service at the heart of what you'll deliver.

You'll bring:

• The drive, discipline and commercial mindset to run your own business


• Solid experience in sales progression, estate agency or property


• A natural ability to build relationships and keep people calm under pressure


• A genuine passion for delivering brilliant service

Being a strong sales progressor matters. Being able to build and run a business matters even more. The ideal person has both.
