Sales Progressor

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer acceptance through to completion.
The Role As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing residential property transactions and ensuring all parties involved remain informed and engaged throughout the sales process. You will act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents, helping to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions on track.

Key Responsibilities • Managing a pipeline of residential property sales from offer acceptance through to completion
- Liaising daily with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, sellers, and mortgage brokers
- Monitoring transaction progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may delay completion
- Chasing outstanding documentation and enquiries
- Providing regular progress updates to all parties involved
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Working towards agreed completion targets and KPIs
- Building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role
- Strong understanding of the residential property sales process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Confidence in dealing with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of property auctions, cash purchases, and fast-turnaround transactions
- Experience working within a property investment company
- Uncapped performance-related bonus scheme
- Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £40,000–£70,000
