The Real Autograph is a fast\-growing football memorabilia and collectibles business specialising in signed football shirts, premium mystery products and collectible football cards.
A major part of our business is our TikTok Live platform, where we bring our products to life through entertaining, interactive live streams. Our products include signed mystery football shirts, premium mystery football card product and a wide variety of football card breaks.
As the business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for an energetic, confident and sales\-driven TikTok Live Streamer / Sales Presenter to join our team and grow with us.
The Role
This is much more than simply presenting products on camera.
You will be responsible for hosting engaging TikTok Live streams, interacting with our community, promoting and selling products, building excitement around breaks and mystery products, and creating an entertaining experience that keeps customers coming back.
Live streaming requires a lot of energy, personality and confidence. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the face of the brand, can maintain a strong on\-camera presence for several hours and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
This is also a performance\-driven role. Commission is available in addition to your regular pay, giving successful streamers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings. There is no set ceiling on commission, meaning your earning potential can grow alongside your performance and the business.
You will be joining a close\-knit and growing team, so being personable, reliable and willing to work collaboratively is extremely important.
Key Responsibilities
- Host entertaining and engaging TikTok Live streams for The Real Autograph.
- Present and sell signed football memorabilia, Hot Hands products and collectible football card breaks.
- Build excitement and momentum throughout streams while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Engage directly with viewers and customers through live chat.
- Explain products, breaks and promotions clearly and confidently.
- Develop relationships with regular viewers and help grow our TikTok Live community.
- Drive sales while ensuring customers have an enjoyable and engaging experience.
- Provide a high standard of customer service throughout each stream.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure streams run smoothly.
- Learn our product range and continually improve your knowledge of football memorabilia and trading cards.
- Adapt to different products, promotions and stream formats as the business develops.
- Represent The Real Autograph professionally while bringing your own personality and style to the stream.
- Confident and energetic on camera – you need to be comfortable speaking and presenting live for extended periods.
- Personable and engaging – someone who can naturally communicate with different types of people and build rapport with viewers.
- Sales\-driven – able to create excitement around products, convert interest into sales and be motivated by performance.
- Competitive and motivated – the commission structure means there is a genuine opportunity to earn more through strong performance.
- Interested in football – a good general knowledge of football is important for interacting naturally with our audience.

Knowledge of football cards, memorabilia or the wider collectibles market would also be an advantage, although this can be developed within the role.
Pay \& Commission
Alongside regular pay, this role includes the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.
We want our streamers to benefit directly from the success they help create. Strong performers therefore have the potential to substantially increase their overall earnings.
Commission is uncapped, meaning there is no fixed limit on what you can earn through performance.
For someone who is confident on camera, strong at sales and motivated to help grow the channel, there is significant earning potential as The Real Autograph continues to expand.
Working Hours \& Flexibility
Our current main streaming schedule is typically:
Monday to Friday – approximately 6:00pm to midnight.
However, flexibility is an important part of the role.
As the business continues to grow, streaming hours may change and could include:
- Earlier daytime streams
- Evening streams
- Weekend streams
- Additional streams around major launches, events or busy periods
