Sales Operations – Order Management Specialist / Junior Specialist (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
--------------
- Annahme, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Auftragsdaten in den relevanten Order\-Management\- und ERP\-Systemen
- Prüfung von Aufträgen hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Umsetzbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Produktverfügbarkeit undProduktionskapazitäten
- Koordination und Verteilung von Aufträgen auf verschiedene Produktionsstandorte unter Berücksichtigung verfügbarer Kapazitäten und operativer Anforderungen
- Steuerung von Auftragsbuchungen, Freigaben, Transfers, Produktionsstandortwechseln und Stornierungen
- Überwachung und Koordination des gesamten Order\-Fulfillment\-Prozesses zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung
- Proaktive Verfolgung von kritischen bzw. priorisierten Kundenaufträgen und Lieferterminen
- Prüfung und Koordination von Produktwechseln sowie alternativen Produkt\- oder Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit
- Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Liefer\- und Service\-KPIs, insbesondere Lieferrate und Termintreue
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service und Procurement
- Unterstützung bei Forecasting\-, Allocation\- und Supply\-Planning\-Aktivitäten
- Koordination von Direktcontainer\-Buchungen und Re\-Routing\-Aktivitäten
- Erstellung und Pflege operativer Reports sowie Performance\-Analysen
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Sales Operations und Order Management

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain oder Logistik ist von Vorteil
- Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d) mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung, z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten, sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Gutes Verständnis von Auftragsabwicklungs\- und Order\-Fulfillment\-Prozessen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\- bzw. Order\-Management\-Systemen; SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
