• Support sales teams by preparing high‑quality reports, presentations, proposals, and customer documentation


• Manage order processing, contract paperwork, and account updates with accuracy and timely execution


• Coordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and customers to maintain seamless workflow


• Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting data using CRM and reporting tools for accuracy


• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and escalations with timely, professional follow‑through


• Maintain organized, audit‑ready files, digital records, and data systems to ensure compliance


• Facilitate scheduling, meeting preparation, and logistics for sales events, calls, and trainings


• Review quotes, pricing, and order details for alignment with guidelines and approval frameworks


• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational enhancements to strengthen team productivity


• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth customer experiences throughout the sales cycle
