Sales & Operations Administrator (International)
Job Summary
Align\-Pilates \& Merrithew are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented International Sales \& Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting day\-to\-day operations by processing customer orders, coordinating with our factory, and handling invoicing and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident working with numbers, possess a strong administrative background, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
· Create new customer cards, quotes, process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide product information, availability, shipping cost, sailing schedules and confirmed shipment dates to customers
· Act as the main point of contact between the office and factory to ensure smooth order fulfilment
· Generate and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents
· Receive and verify supplier invoices and liaise with accounts for processing
· Prepare and manage commercial documents, including delivery notes, packing lists, and export paperwork if required
· Track order progress and update internal systems accordingly
· Communicate with sales staff on order status, delivery schedules, and any order\-related queries
· Support general administrative tasks as required
Sales
· Provide support to drive sales towards quarterly Sales Objectives
· Answering in\-bound customer sales calls and responding/ escalating customer issues to the Customer Care team.
· Managing potential leads in BC, creating leads or opportunities and assigning to sales team for follow up
· Generate and distribute Sales and Inventory Reports (e.g. Sales Person Reports, Daily Sales, Monthly Promotion Sales Analysis) Saved Carts Reports and other reports as required.
· Lead qualification and research into new sales channels, as directed.
· Additional projects and other duties as assigned.
Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
