Overview:

PCL Direct Group Ltd are an award winning supplier of photocopier consumables, renowned for our exceptional customer service, quality products, and long\-standing relationships with customers.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a customer\-focused Office Administrator to join our small Admin team. This initially would be a part\-time role covering 22\.5hrs per week across 3 days (8am \- 4pm); however, there is a strong possibility that the position could develop into a full\-time role.

The successful candidate will play a key role predominantly working with our Sales Administration team, whilst also providing valuable support within Accounts. As such, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales orders and communicate clearly with the customer.

  • Liaise daily with key departments to check stock availability and keep customers informed of expected delivery dates.

  • Confidently handle incoming telephone calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.

  • Prepare and update sales and financial reports as required.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns by contacting customers regarding current promotions, special offers, and new product launches.

  • Provide support to the Accounts Department, including tasks such as processing invoices and payments using Sage 50 Accounts, reports and filing.

  • Undertake additional administrative / ad\-hoc tasks as requested by the Office Manager and Directors.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, bookkeeping and/or customer service role.

  • Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

  • Flexibility for cover and an understanding that the role may progress to full\-time.
