The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, securing property instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.
Working closely with colleagues, they will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, promoting additional services, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the branch while ensuring compliance with industry legislation and company procedures.

- Registering, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with applicants and vendors
- Arranging and conducting property viewings while providing professional advice throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Promoting ancillary services including conveyancing and financial services
- Monitoring personal performance against targets and maintaining accurate activity records and reports
- Previous estate agency experience, ideally within residential sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service
- Good knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
- Understanding of relevant legislation including the Estate Agents Act and Consumer Protection regulations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
