Description
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations, including balance sheets.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Maintain and update financial records in line with company policies.
- Variance analysis, and supporting with the P&L.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address financial queries and discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the accounting & finance team.
- Contribute to process improvements within financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company guidelines.
A successful Senior Finance Assistant should have:
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Part qualified.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
A salary of up to £40,000 and hybrid working. The right candidate will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period.
